When did being fairly fit and well-abled become an option or a luxury? My ethos is that fitness should always promote a balanced and sustainable life. There are a lot of do’s and don’ts in this industry with everyone trying to promote a “new cutting edge” method to achieving weight loss and muscle gain. I came into this industry, having played professional soccer for a chunk of my adult life, to promote long lasting overall wellness and athletic capability. What started as a quest for ultimate genetic strength, agility, and physical prowess evolved into a love for mastering the art of coaching. With valuable experience gained from my time at Equinox Fitness Corporation, my training style incorporates a combination of calisthenics, anaerobic endurance, plyometrics, traditional body building, and body weight circuit training. It is my belief that weight loss and muscle mass should be the result of a byproduct, not a means to an end, of overall mobility, stability, agility, and strength/power.

My goal is to motivate people on their individual fitness journeys. It really is this that drives me forward and inspires me to continue to grow and develop my fitness workouts so more people can enjoy the benefits of a healthier, happier lifestyle.

My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession. Since 2012 I’ve been working as a qualified Personal Trainer in both the Middle East and Canada, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realize that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle. I will construct a plan and training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.
