WHAT TIMES WILL THE WORKOUTS BE?

The first workout is live! Every workout will be posted at 12am Toronto Standard Time (GMT-4).

IS THIS FOR ANYONE?

Absolutely! No matter your level of fitness, I always show variations of exercises to make sure we are all included.

HOW LONG WILL THIS LAST?

30 days. I’m unsure how long the lockdown will last so we will take it month by month.

WILL WE BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS CONTENT FOREVER?

You will be able to access everything for 30 days. Once 30 days is over, we will close the group. If we are still in lockdown after 30 days, I will re open it for another 30 days.

WHAT IF I JOIN AFTER 10/15/20 DAYS?

You will still have full access to all of the content for the remainder of the 30 days.
